WE's primary goal is to raise money for scholarships and charities, educate and enrich our members, and provide support to the next generation of women entrepreneurs.  The following attractive features set WE of the World and local chapters apart from other networking organizations:

WE believes that networking does not need to be expensive to be effective. Each member pays only $70 per year, which is far less than other groups.

The networking meetings are held monthly which we have found to be much more manageable for a business owner.  Once you are a member, you may attend any other chapter nationwide and only pay the member lunch fee.

WE welcomes more than one person per industry.  WE believe that women work and do business with people they know, like and trust not because they are the only one in the group.  WE members have the opportunity to develop personal and professional relationships thereby fostering longterm repeat business dealings.

WE chapters are non-profit.  Their mission is to provide low-cost support and direction to help each of the chapters build professional and financial success for the business-owner members.  Funds are raised from each monthly luncheon to donate to local charities and award scholarship funds to young and experienced women in the chapter's community.

Our specialized programs are:

• WE Advise is a monthly meeting for members only to work in a group of 5 members. The purpose is to collaborate with other members on business operational challenges, to receive constructive feedback, brainstorm new possibilities and set up accountability steps that create growth and professional success. Each meeting a different group member will share their obstacle and suggest some possible solutions for consideration. The result will sharpen business and personal skills, create a valuable support network, create plans that will hold each member accountable for fulfilling the objective, and reach new financial and professional heights.
  
• WE Blitz is a quarterly speed networking event that is for members only. The event pairs members together for 2 minutes where they will exchange business cards and for one minute each will state their name, what their company does and an example of their ideal client. 
• WE Support is a program developed in collaboration with a business incubator, which reviews and critiques business plans, provides a broad range of support and services, and offers start-up funding resources to women entrepreneurs starting new businesses.  Available summer 2011.
  
• WE of the World recognizes that business owners have a responsibility to pass on their knowledge and experience to the next generation of entrepreneurs. WE Mentor is an intern program that pairs female high school and college students with business owners/executive management in a job shadowing agenda with a clear educational and professional development objective. This program is managed by an outside entity and provides students with real world insight and a valuable experience to list on college applications.  Available spring 2011.
• WE Escape are Rallies and Regional Conferences providing training, motivation, an invigorating membership drive and funds for chapter scholarships.
